Clerk's office used a special paper stock to print official birth and death certificates.

The Issue

The stock paper currently used had a non-secure "basket weave" background. This allowed people to easily replicate them by scanning or copying the original documents. This resulted in lost revenue and lack of security.

The Challenge

Create a paper product for the certificates with copy deterrent and instant verification feature.

The Solution
